• Defective product (new and unused):

We will send you a free replacement of the same value or, if you prefer, an upgraded design.

• Incorrect size sent due to a store error:

We will make the exchange at no additional cost. Reverse logistics apply when necessary.

• Incorrect size chosen by the customer:

You may request an exchange as long as the garment is new, unused, free of moisture, and includes its original tags and hygienic protector.

– In this case, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• Not satisfied with the design:

You may request an exchange only if the item is new, within the warranty period, with its original tag and hygienic protector.

– Returns will not be accepted for used items or those without a tag or hygienic protector.

• You received a product with a defect or error:

Write to us at bomboomed@gmail.com within the established time frame and we will resolve it immediately.
